Title: Q for MILOS, EAA's / Whey protein (after workout)

Milos you said in some of your posts and in the radio interview that taking whey protein along with eaa's

together is useless.....

My question is, after a workout (post workout shake) what is the best "combination" to take eaa's and whey

protein?

Together? or i should wait some minutes and then take the other?

you have to wait exactly 13 minutes and 47 seconds and then drink a Milos wondershake in exactly 3 minutes 21 seconds.

the shake is 40 bucks per serving.

you will be bigger than Ronnie Coleman in less than a week, given you can hold on to the exact timing.

after a strenuous workout (lifting, cardio) i first replace my lost muscle glycogen and suppress my cortisol levels with a carb drink. i then have a whey isolate shake coupled with additional glutamine and bcaa's.  :)



yeah gotta remember the glutamine that doesnt do shit
