meal 2---protein shake with 2 scoops of whey and 1/2 gallon of C.Chip ice cream..Followed by 5 iu's of slin
meal 3---2 forty ounce cokes and a box of treenkies and a banana...5 iu's of slin
meal 4---1 small meatball sub from subway, a diet coke
meal 5---a box of CChip(famous Amos)cookies---1 jar of all natural Peanut Butter---and a gallon of Low fat milk...And 5 iu's of slin
meal 6---a large pizza from Donino's..2 liter of coke classic and a small ice cream cone from friendly's...With 5 iu's of slin
meal 7---a protein drink with 2 scoops of whey and 3 banana's
meal 8---last meal right before bed. No carb or fat meal---He downs a glass of a dozen egg whites raw...
