My training DVD, "242 Raw" is available for purchase on my website, www.jeremybench.piczo.co m. It is footage of the training leading up to the New England Record Breakers, Mr. Olympia, and Arnold Pro Classic Animalcage as well as footage from each competition. Some of the featured lifts are:

675 Raw Benchpress
