hey you guys!!!! been juicing for a while now, i have great size and shape for being 5'4, great build, people think im over 200, im only 170, very. very lean, veins in abs, no water, just a very respectable build for being very lean.
im on 2ius growth (have been for 5-6 months) 600mg test and 500mg deca, bout to switch to eq, my ??? is my lower abs, my four pack looks great, side obliques are in great as well, but i cant get my lower abs to come out and my friends question that all the time, your sooo lean so why arent your lower abs out, of course i train them and wiht resistnace but i cant them out, im on 50grams of carbs a day dring the wk plus little cardio 2-3 times a wk too, what do i do???? im stuck

UP the cardio to 5 sessions, increase Protein Macros enough to compensate the extra cals burnt to spare muscle. 2 sessions of cardio is'nt going to get lower abs....

Agreed. If you want the whole 6pk you have to bust your ass on some cardio. Like akers said, up it to at least 5 session per wk minimum...but truth be told, for most people this is not enough...you may very well need to increase it to even more sessions if you want this.

Hard to really tell how you lean your are by this description. Are your intercostals shreaded, they should be sawtooth and stirated then you are for sure lean enough to see lower abs. Some people have an unusual structure for their abs also.
