That guy is Victor Munoz, one of the top trainers in the game. He worked with Orville Burke and Wong Hong, and has worked with Victor for 8 years or so. He's a smart guy with great training ideas. He doesn't train too many people, and there's a reason most of his guys have gone pro and done well -- he knows his shitt.

In other words, if you click on it for a minute or so every couple of hours, it will record it as though you've been on for 8 or 10 hours straight. My work has me in front of my laptop much of the day, and I usually have getbig open in a window, looking at it once every hour or two when I get bored with what I'm doing.
