I dont but I remember in that other pic he was lacking hams and back. That is mostly genetic because the dude has shown good strength in those areas. Its going to be tough

Justin has the kind of thickness to his physique that can only come about by heavy lifting on the basic excersies (squats,deadlifts,rows,bench press etc)
plus Justin is a great guy (helped me out for my show)
he will make a fine addition to the pro-ranks

I've worked very hard on my back the last few years, especially my lat width, and finally feel that it is a strong point. I'll be working hard on my hams in the coming years. I don't mind the comments. Sometimes it can be hard to self-evaluate, and if bodyparts you feel are strong are commented on as being weak by others, there is usually a reason. So, I try to pay attention.
Stavios, thanks for posting the photo. It always helps to know people are paying attention to your progress. Makes it easier to keep working.

aswome physique, good luck to him. He's never, ever given me any crap for asking him questions or anything like that. Class guy from what I can tell. I've been trying to set up a quick meeting at the powerhouse he goes to so we can go over some of my chest movements and figure out if I'm doing something wrong, he didn't hesitiate at all when I asked him.
good luck to him, I've never heard anyone say a bad thing about him.

great size and shape for big man,usa's and nat's are tough to figure top 15 on any given day could be pro,guy could be 3rd placer and next yr 10th .wish him well.

Usually, at the USA's and Natioanals, the top 5 guys in each class could all be serious contenders for their pro card, but not the top 15. Especially in the supers, the level of quality usually drops somwhere after 5th to 7th place or so. Im not saying that the guys outside those placings arent good competitors, they just arent conteders for their pro card at the time. I think that Justin will place in the top 5.
