Would be a good law, seems it's pretty much a admissions of guilt.
Good example is Michael Vick, where the prosecutor and the sheriff are playing the race card, and stating that the feds "would not care about this issue if Michael was not black and a football player"

No it's just we have what's called affirmitive action, and double standards and minority groups think they are owed something.

This is all very well, but I've been reading this site for a while now and my conclusion is that the US is racist. There are excesses on both sides.
We certainly have our share of bigots in this country, and some of them do frequent this board.
