Is there any difference between these two?And which one is better?

You get a better stretch with incline DB curls.

Yep. You start the movement in a pre-stretched position, which is apparently better for muscle recruitment or something like that. I love them.

I have noticed that most of the people include it in there workout and are quite happy with it.But some how I never get the kick out of them i mean ,no pump no feel, and cant handle the amount of weight that I do in regular DB curls.Does it has any real benefit in terms of building the size. And can I alternate them with Db Curls in every other Bis workout?

Although I don't use as much weight as regular Db curls I get an awesome pump from them. Try changing the angle on the incline bench if you can, for me this changes the feel of the exercise entirely. I feel that it's a worthwhile exercise and sure you can alternate them with regular Db curls if you like.
