Title: Whey Shortage

Was in a local supplement store recently. They had a sign on the wall..."Due to th recent Whey Protein Shortage, we have been forced to increas our prices on all products containing whey"..

Anyone hear anything about this?

I heard something similar.. see below.


we have just been advised by our suppliers that prices for dairy
products are increasing world wide. As a consequence, we’ve been told
to expect significant price increases (around 20%) next month. This new
price increase is not affecting us only but everyone else selling dairy
products (whey proteins are manufactured at dairy plants).
