A cousin of mine states that when he was younger he took two shots of deca but then decided against it because he was looking into a job that would test for drugs. H e also said that last summer he did clen for 2 weeks but 2 or 3 pills a day I think but after he found out he needed to be taking 6-1- he stopped.
Can he consider himself natural or not?
He wants to get into drug tested shows but don't know what to do about the lie detector tests.

He is not lifetime natural but can consider himself drug free.As for competition,he just needs to look at the guidelines for the organisation.If it's lifetime natural then obviously he cannot compete but some organisations specify a certain time 'drug free' so he should be fine as long as he fits the criteria.I hope he has the integrity to adhere to these criteria whether he feels he can pass a polygraph or not.

Mmm I had this argument with a buddie of mine before
I did do a few cycles in my life most of them short term orals, it has been a while since I did anything.
In fact my whole life and I am 40 I have used less than 2 grams of drugs total.
I consider myself "legal" now and my build to be "natural" as I lost all I gained after a few months any way.
But not "life time", you could argue this till the cows come home I suppose.

i "juiced" 3 -times in over 26 Years of Training (34 weeks togethter). Only to put that extra 10 % on my best natural level.
(Last cycle 1,5 year ago). I can`t tell if i will do another cycle in the future or not ? (sure nothing extreme...)
so, i call me right know natural, but no lifetime-natural-trainer...Training clip from the last weeks....

The Natty definition is different from organization to organization. Meaning....
NPC- 1 yr. (cmon, its NPC, one year means 1 month)
OCB, INBF- Believe it is 7 years
He just has to check what org. he wants to compete in as they all have different yrs drug free. Some would say he did not juice long enough to even count! ;)

A piss test will be a problem if he still has diuretics in his system.
But if he’s only worried about the polygraph test, remember this…
Lie detectors DO NOT detect lies. They detect stress levels that are typically elevated in people when lying.
There are ways to “beat” the test by skewing the readings, but many of these methods often make it fairly obvious to the polygrapher (person administering the test) what’s going on.
Probably the best way around the polygraph is for your cousin to convince HIMSELF that he is a natty. If he is comfortable and confident that he’s truly a natural, then he will be relaxed when they “pop the question.” But if he gets all worked up, then that needle will jump off the charts.
