I disaggree he looks good for a tall bodybuilder at 330 pounds 3 weeks out and Gh15 knowledge he will be ready.Thanks for the link the board needs some variety.

Lower abs arent really showing yet and hardly any cuts in his quads - its gonna be 3 weeks of sheer pain for him to be ready

If his Guru is GH15 he will be ready. ;D
It just look likes hes holding a load of water nothing a diuretic will not fix and a couple of hours of cardio he will be ripped to shreds every bodybuilder is different.

I hope he doesn't pull a Mustafa and end up in the hospital after the show. He really needs to take allot of drugs to show up looking crisp.

I think he looked his all time best last year. XMAN is just hard to beat. Bill wilmore will be a force to be reckon with - so I hope Qunicy brings the detail and does not think size will just win.

Agreed, unless Quincy is on some miracle diet, I don't think 3 weeks is enough time for him to get into shape.
