wondering, where you guys get it if you use it. I used it in the past and like it. Much cheaper than NO products.

Did nothing for me really when taken alone.
Taken togehter with carnitine, creatine and glutamine i had a great pump though. Don't know what the arginine did.

same for me,not mixed no xplode drink ,just seperate and make own mixtures...

Arginine is decent,but i prefer other NOs.
I like : Agmatime @ 1gram, GMS @ 2-3grams or 30grams Waxy maize, Carnitine ( Alcar &/or LCLT @ 1-1.5 grams)..Great pumps and endurance.

Arginine IS why you get a pump. Other "NO" products ARE arginine products ::)

I never got much of anything out of L-Arginine. Even if it was mixed with other stuff. But since there are no real standards for supplement companies ... who knows. It could all be rice powder and sugar pills for all we know. :P

i use a pre workout mix pill arg/citrulline/beta alanaine/get good pump,vascularity ,,nothing earthshaking,,,

Lots of carbs seem to give a decent pump for me. ;D Nothing else "supplement wise" seems to do much of anything. But maybe I am supplement immune. LOL

never going to uuhummm,,replace or mimic real science,,,but u can use around training and get a kick if u need or chose to try creatine,or arginine mix of some sorts,,or banana and pump sets work also,,,

Yeah I use pump sets. Usually like one at the end of a range of sets. That often works good.
Tried creatine, and I honestly don't notice much. Maybe I hold a little more water. So that might help the joins when lifting heavy. :D

I run mine under the right fender of my car, shit works.

I have used it 2-3 hours before working out.
It was the only thing outside regular food i was taking at that time and i can say it gave me strenght. Creatine is a LOT better.
