igf is worth using only if you have enough money for your aas then your ae/ai+stimulators then your gh and insulin,,only then if you got some more money igf is worth it,,basics come first ,,you build a house from the basment up

i would stick to insulin/t3 notice i never say to use insulin with out t3 because you will get fat,,
