Sivio is hands down the fav for the under 210 show and a contender for the main event. This same show was his breakout show last year and had his color been better he may have been even higher. I told Ron on Sunday that based on the pics from the LA show, Silvio should enter the Europa as he is bar far ahead of the conditioning game compared to Quincy. Glad to see he received my telepathic suggestion. jk

He has competed in more shows than anyone this year and the only one who has been consistent in how they look. Silvio's only downfall is his presentation in the mandatories, if Charles & Co. have helped him with that, watch out.

Yes Isaac, I guess you have ESPN or is it ESP?  LOL!!  I'm sure Silvio will take that show, he looks incredible right now.

Silvio is good. But in my book,not so good. because I dont like his double bi AT ALL.
Looks really narrow when he hits that.

Silvio's short, has a huge gut, weak back, and lack's seperation in his quads.

He has a good chest and some killer arms tho. Nobody has those  ::)
