Hey guys, Im 17yo 5'8 195lbs. I just started cutting. Ive been lifting for 2 years. I'm hoping to compete in a small natural show within the next two years (either teen or novice).

You could save yourself a lot of time by cleaning up the diet and losing some 10 lbs.
You're probably cerca 40 lbs away from being in competition condition right now, try to not make that 50, make it 30 or 20 lbs.
Add two brisk walks every week on rest days, it will keep your metabolism up. And exchange the fast food for whole foods, whole grains, nutritious food.
A slight caloric deficit every day, 500 calories or so, and you will be where you should be in two-three months.

I doubt it's 40lbs. Looks like he's carrying alot of water (which is obviously lighter than fat).
