Title: If money didnt matter, what protein powder would you take?
Post by: SWOLETRAIN on July 28, 2007, 11:02:31 AM: For me, im stuck inbetween a good isolate likes isopure, or bioplex and a good time release with the egg and casien. Curious to see what you guys like for protien powders.

i keep hearing this stuff is good, might have to give it a whirl. The beverly is the best! but way too pricey

As far as quality...ON Pro-Complex or Dorian Yates Approved. Both taste good, and have the perfect blend of slow and fast releasing proteins.

I've always heard the Ergopharm GF Pro Proteins are excellent. They have fruity flavors like Green Apple, a cherry something, and Pink Lemonade

Post by: MCWAY on August 07, 2007, 05:23:03 AM: I'd go with IsoPure, particularly the IsoPure RTDs in the glass bottles. They taste like Kool-Aid and work really great. Yet, the only time I buy them is when GNC marks them down to $1 (or less) per bottle, due to clearance.
