I plan to attend this show, should be fun... Flex Wheeler was at the NPC USAs and said everything is going well!

nah ive donated to charity once this year already, through world vision, a young child in africa, much better than a bunt out old pro from Fresno. :-*

its a definite that i am going to this show now.

anyone on here going except ron???   i will be working out at the golds gym as well. on the 17th ill be doing biceps and triceps, and on the 18th ill be doing shoulders.  (Dont ask me how i know that..lol. i just do ! )

Good to see some of the best Professionals also guest posing.

I think the majority of bodybuilders have huge respect for Flex.
