I use EAS ZMA when dieting to support my testosterone levels.I think it's a good product which has some effect although nothing major.I also think that it helps me to sleep which is also a bonus.
Not sure about CLA.I believe it has more effect on obese people rather than bodybuilders.

ZMA gave me vivid and disturbing dreams but it does work, with CLA I never really noticed anything.

CLA works over 3-6 month, best stacked with a fatburner and green tea extract.

DK is right...CLA seems to be a solid product if used at a higher dosage (4g a day) over a longer period like 3-6 months.

bro, save your money for the classics that WORK.
Creatine and Whey. those are the only two products that u should take long term that are PROVEN.

I use ZMA from ON and i must say its just great if you have problems trying to sleep. I do have LOTS of problems when it comes about sleeping and this has been the best thing I've tried.
And I'm not saying the one from ON is the best, just the only one Ive tried and available at first looking in Chile.

Wow, same exact thing happened to me, Dreams were actually in color and very vivd....Aside from that no side affects...good stuff but it does not need to be taken every day. Only days where you work out hard or sweat alot...
