ummm i posted that shot with the caption that stated i was pulling my fat down in order to see the outline of my abs. which i have never seen until this week. and i mean never..first time in my life.
thanks for defending me bast, but i am not in high school anymore. i graduated this year in REHAB. yup, marcus i used to do ALOT of drugs. no anymore though..i have no desire to alter my state of mind.
squadfather is just posting my pictures because i have sent him spiraling into depression....and i look 1000 times better than he does, which makes it pretty funny. he is a grow ma thats ben lifting most of his life, and used gear before..and he looks much shittier than do i. becaus ei do look shitty; but nowhere near this guy. even is squadfag dieted down to my current 13.5%bf, he would still look worse..because he would be much smaller. i used to have about his bf%, and when i did i looked better than he does now. you cant even see his bicep when he flexes his arm.

yes they are pussies....if you see a guy do this, you should take it as far as you can; because you already know that he is intimidated by you and will almost always punk out. i would make him flinch, bark in his face, maybe start to piss on him as he walks by.. something like that.
