Hey fellas. I'm all natural all the time and training hard. I usually will do two protein supplements a day at about 45g each. One is early in the day and one is directly after working out.
Recently, after my early supplement, I get some gastrointestinal discomfort for a little while. Anyone have this problem, or have any ideas about it? I take my protein with water, not milk btw.
This discomfort DOES NOT occur with my after work out supplement.
P.S. I know this may be a little off topic for this board, but I hope it doesnt need to be moved as I really respect the opinions of this particular board.

i would try adding something to eat to maybe slow down the digestion process. or shit just switch protein until you find one that doesnt mess up your stomach

try a whey isolate!
its probably the lactose from the whey protein that ur body cant digest that is giving u the upset stomach!

thanks for the advice.
I'll let you know what happens after some trial and error.

be careful if you switch to soy protein, soy promotes the production of estrogen

ok...UPDATE.
I have discontiuned the creatine for a few days, and kept with the syntha 6. Pain is gone. Hmmmmmm.
So I think I'm just gonna play it safe and change my creatine. It could have just been a bug, but i dont think so. I'll let you fellas know what happens with the brands of creatine and such
