Get a glock and hold it with the smaller arm, try to listen to the sea sound coming from the barrel by putting it next to your ear and press the little thingy your finger landed on.

Stop jacking off so much with your left hand, and start doing it more with your right.

BOOM! problem solved~

Such a clever response....I'm sure no one else thought of that one.  ::)

Use isolation moves, i.e. Dumbells, one armed movements for biceps and triceps, that way your dominant arm won't do the majority of the work.

i think most people have this problem. really hard to do anything about it. i dont have 1 whole inch difference but about half inch difference.

yep thats a good idea since my left is 11inch right is 12inches  :)

seriously though, even if you gain some fat, the left arm is still visibly softer than the right

1 inch is a pretty big difference,,, if i were u id stop training your larger arm for a few month,, and just train the weaker,,,the bigger wont shrink with all the pulling and pressing movements youl be doin for other bodyparts

Everyone has an imbalance in strength and size, unilateral training will help correct this.

Get a glock and hold it with the smaller arm, try to listen to the sea sound coming from the barrel by putting it next to your ear and press the little thingy your finger landed on.

Any response involving a glock will invariably be the right one.

Messing with you bro, just prioritize biceps/triceps for a while and switch to dumbells & one arm movements for a couple of weeks.
