you always see the pros in magazines etc but when seeing them on videos you can get a better view of them as a person
toney gets props from me big time....i have seen him on several vids now and he is not the typical boring
ass guy, plus he seems nice and actually has a fucking brain....a lot of these pros just sound like idiots when they TRY to speak....toney also lifts the right way, not the warren, kamali, henry, jackson way in attempt to impress the viewers while not even stimulating the muscle fibers they are "targetting"
and to top it off he has an incredible physique
mad props to toney!!

freeman is suddenly one of my favorite pros too. It'd be cool to see him knock off 1-2 big names at the Olympia.

Compared to you, any human is small. That "300 workout" really did wonders for your swimsuit physique.

Better watch out Toney, you are probably one of the weakest guys on getbig. Most people on here curl about 225 for sets of 10-12.

Toney Freeman is an aweosme pro.The dude made a HUGE impact this year and is a force to be reckoned with. Best part, when he turns to the side you never see a big disgusting gut. Toneys physique is what bodybuilding. Freaky yet still pretty

very down to earth guy...
...like some aspects of his training..
on bfto 2006 he did.. a delt trap combo
behind the neck press.. 7 reps.. military press 7 reps..then upright rows 7 reps..
.. one set no rest..
i use the olympic bar and 45's each side for this..
tremndous gains.. delt and trap wise.. i have to use it sparingly
..

And I agree with whoever said bbing needs people like Toney Freeman and Dennis James on top. They've above average in height, huge delts and arms, coupled with small waists. Very idealistic and pleasing, unlike pregnant bellies and oiled up arms.

He is sharper and added 7 pounds of mass with class. More upper back detail and even added inch to his calves. Still has that small waist. Good luck to all competiors. This year's Mr.Olympia is the year of the X

In all seriousness, I would probably have given Toney Freeman first at last years Olympia if I had been judging it. I just don't like the huge, bloated physiques. Ronnie Rockell would have probably been 2nd on my score sheet.

Toney has some very small wrists for a large man. They look about 6" around.

I think if Toney comes in like he did at the Ironman he should be in the running for 3rd easily, maybe only Victor could get him. Ronnie and Jay are just too big.
Dennis Wolf is amazing but TF is the same height? and is better. Both for top 6.

dave is concentrating most of his time on billy gunz so that he can break the 150lb mark before his next show "the special olympia"
lmao seriously toney's dvd is one i'd be interested in buying because you'd actually learn something rather then watching a gorilla like branch or ronnie throw around a shit load of weight
