Hey bro so I noticed from all the picturse you have been posting.. that you severely neglect at all costs to train chest and other upperbody muscles. I understand that legs are very popular right now behind the scenes but if you are going around calling yourself a bodybuilder you might as well look like you train something other then glutes.
Stay with me here. I understand you been practising the backstroke with your two cousins Derek and Billy.. So you take that same ferociousness and bring it to the gym. First thing to do would be to ask another more experienced trainer what type of exercises target your chest, shoulders, arms and so on. Once you are able to feel those muscles throught pumping stimulie then you are almost ready for what we, the big boys, call training routine.
No short reps or crap form will be acceptable. You must punish yourself for getting so out of shape. Eye of the tiger baby.
Get on the bench press and rep it out or do as many as you can with the bar. Have patience, building a great chest means many grueling hours in the gym and progressevely adding weight to the bar. Work your way up to one plate a side and you will start seeing growth their you only dream of.

I weighed 178 10 years ago. nothing wrong with that weight at all. But This Alexx kid is 6'2 and he doesn't even weigh that. Sad.
