You know how he claims to squat 3 sets of 20 reps with 500 lbs AFTEr doing 5 reps with 455 lbs on front squats??

Respect that`s strong !!! From now on you`ve been my new role modell !! Maybe you can use even heavier weights in the future ? :D But i think at a certain level (maybe 15 % more...) you have to decide if you wanna be a real strong person, or the worlds best cage fighter. In cage fighting there is maybe more money to earn ?

Yes, there is the Scott_donald formula:
A x 2.5 = B
Now, insert B into this equation: X-poundage for 3 sets of 20 reps.
(A is your 10 rm in whatever exercise)
Example.
If you squat 300 pounds for 10 reps, you times that by 2.5 and thus you have 750 lbs and claim this for 3 sets of 20 reps.
