I'm going to finally give 100% effort to getting lean, I have some muscle and i'd love to unveil it. :)
I'm up to 220lbs at 20% BF.
I'm planing on cutting around two to three pounds per week.

I'll also usually have Sashimi or Nagiri pre-workout so that will add around 300 Calories a day.

cut down your carbs to 100 g, your fats to zero, and up your protein to 300. pick one muscle you would like to improve on while you diet, and every day you work that muscle out bump your carbs up to 200 grams. supplement with 20 grams omega 3 fats spread evenly through the day.

BULLSHIT!!
Especially if you cut down carbs, you need fat for your hormone system. omega3 ist very important, but also a decent amount of saturated fatty acids are important.

Yes, plus the body will try to store all nutrients coming in as fat and burn muscles for energy.
fats are much more important than carbs in a diet. carbs should be kept in to a point because of vitamin B in whole foods and fibers.
