it was on another board, hahaha, another lean 320 pound powerlifter with a V taper drug free getting his PhD.
I have to agree that I was once like that myself! Then I realize that I needed to work on my life! I have 3 beautiful children, a career teaching, 2 degrees, and looking to work on my PHD. I still train very hard because lifting weights is not just for bodybuilding. It is designed to be healthy and pro long your life! I used to compete in bodybuilding but once I saw how much the drugs play a role I knew I had to get away from it! I have been competing in powerlifting I have won 2 world drug free championships in the AAU organization and currently training for 2007 worlds. I currently weigh 320lbs without taken a drug & have a V-taper! I get more respect by competing in powerlifting believe or not from the children and co-workers than I did bodybuilding! The idiots who walk around with arms pushed out or try too play the bad guy roles makes it bad for bodybuilders. The first thing when pepole see me they think I am a bouncer or some bad guy! Once I tell them I am a teacher, teach science, and have master's in education they are amazed!

There are specific formulas to being an internet prodigy.
Add 200 lbs to current bench, claim to have an advanced graduate degree, and either pick cage fighting or real estate development as an occupation/hobby. Just subtract 20 from current bf percentage and you are a certified internet badass!

you forgot claiming huge world class powerlifting all time record lifts and then to take attention away from your lie say "it's not really all that much, i'm sure a lot of 132 pound guys bench 700 for 8-10 reps, there are 12 guys in my gym who do more than that".

Actually, I need to come clean everyone.
I work as an assistant to one of the world's most powerful men. My current relationship of 3 years is blossoming into a love I never dreamed imaginable. This girl is smart, beautiful, trust worthy, and has a pair of 36 E's...real and firm. Her waist is about 22" and has a sweet thick ass, no fat though. I have many land investments, which are seeming to pay off handsomely now that the real estate market is booming! Plus, I day trade and if you know how to trade with a trendy market, you can do very well in that too.
My natural pursuit of the perfect body has finally been realized. I'm just about 240lbs at 5' 8" and roughly 6% bodyfat. I just benched 485lbs for a clean 7 reps and squat about 6 plates. People I know think call me the "white" Ronnie Coleman, it's flattering to say the least. I would do the Olympia, but figure, I already make more money on my investments...why take money from people who need it more than me.
