Having worked out with greg, dude is 260 soild and 100% natural. We have work out many times, dude kept up with me on every thing. The guy eat more then me, he works a full time job and is working on making films, he's got some real talent! About 5'11, 260 (natural) sorry sounds pretty fucking big to me. I know a lot of guys juiced to the max and can't get that big. Gregs a hard working guy that busts his ass every day in the gym, i know alot of people on here cant say that, i know i cant.

exactly, it always makes me laugh when these clowns make it sound like if you have a little bit of bodyfat and bench 315 for countless reps that's it's "the layer of fat" doing the lifting and not muscle.

Uh, Squad, I champion Mike Francois, and Francis Benfatto, the former could have been Mr. O easily, the latter had a damn good physique without being huge as a house. I'm the last one to use the racecard, 'cause mine has been revoked. I calll like I see em. And unforntately, this supposed "Tikallion" Stallion ain't special. I would gather that if you two stood side by side, you'd have the bigger chest and arms.

Not my coach a guy in college, that was the same age as me, just some dude we called SuperMuslim or "T". He was always eating cantelopes and and honeydos for breakfast and lectured us on eating meat, I thought the dude was out there, with his theories and philosophies ( was very into Eastern philosophies). He never competed,he thought dudes posing front of a mostly male audience was "strange" but liked to lift ( alot of dudes from the inner cities are like that).

There is always that one guy we used to know as kids who was huge as hell but as you grow he doenst and ends up not looking so big anymore.

Actaully you are quite right, by our senior year he had downsized greatly. I wish I had my College yearbook, because we graduated the same year (1999). On campus our Soph. year, women would say his chest was too big, he looked like he had tits (he would wear wifebeaters, hence the name "T").

The guy is a strong presser irrespective of how the reps were performed. Stopping a couple of inches shy of one's chest does not make the movement much easier. I agree he looks chubby in the videos, but he can lose the body fat and obviously has some good size underneath it.

yes it does! it makes the movement MUCH EASIER. and slow it down a little he would be pushing wayyyyyyyyy less. that was not a bench press that was a half press. so it doesnt even count as a bench press poundage.

Last I heard from Greg his arms were just over 19 inches. But I think that was at 246 pounds so it is possible they are 260. Of course he ain't 260 and ripped, but the dude is natural.

No shit chris. I hear THAT! If you actually asked the guys that have big chest and short ROM on their benches at the BOTTOM of their benches, it's because they're trying to keep the workload mostly on their chest throughout the movement and not transfer it to the tri's at the top like a full ROM bench. Also, as I've always stated, if you're properly setup in a bench, your body will stop on it's own and for most, when setup properly, can't and WON'T be able to touch their chest with the bar.

DUDE i need more than a few weeks. I have been dieting all year (monster fat fuck start of 2007). 6-8 weeks...im dieting like a contest style diet (the diet is so tight i dont even do that much cardio anymore) I am smooth now, and not defined at all

not really just legs and back big....arms shrunk, shoulders pretty good. so since i lost alot of size dieting, the least i can do is come in ripped up.

For someone trying to put on mass naturally you are absolutely correct that dedication starts at the table. Adding body weight is the most efficient manner in which to add MAXIMUM lean mass when one is clean (if you like, I can explain this further for you). That includes adding some body fat. It can be difficult for a young man with a fast metabolism to consume the necessary amount of calories to add body weight. That is why so many of them never get big (pun intended). The REAL trick is knowing how to diet and maintain the lean tissue you have accrued.
What you don't seem to get is that many bodybuilders, including professionals, aren't ripped year round.

GDiesel is a great guy, all natural and does hold a full-time job, and is pursuing a career in film making, very very busy guy,always hits the gym hard 5-6 days a week. I trained with him, Vinny amd McGrath a lot, G does not bull shit!
