Title: Is it possible to overtrain abs, forearms, calves
Post by: jakecody on August 07, 2007, 04:53:01 AM
My abs, forearms, and calves are weak compared to the rest my body?  I started training them 3 times a week.  Is it too much?

abs and calves you can train 3 times a week, just try to do them non-consecutive days.

forearms I would train only once or twice a week as I too used to hit them 3 times a week and they became painful.  (joint wise)

Of course! As like with any muscle it depends on the variables in the program.
