Title: Protein Poweder (Muscle Milk-specifically)

may be a dumb thing to ask but I am not sure.

How far in advance can I make my muscle milk before I have to actually drink it. What I would like to do it just make it up in 2-3 day supplies in a pitcher or something.

Is that a good or bad idea??

pretty sure thats a bad idea.

not absolutely sure, but i would just be safe and drink it immidietly after mixing it...just mix one scoop at a time brother.

It's not going to hurt anything except it will go "flat" (taste and texture) and probably separate.
If you're going to be that lazy and not mix it on an as-needed basis, then buy the RTDs.
