I was thinking more like 140 but im interested in what people think, I hear so many guys fat at around 200-220 say that if they were athlete lean they would weigh about 170, these same guys have never touched a weight in their whole life and magically expect to weigh 170-180 solid.

basically a average high school kid....it would just be someone who has not had decades
of seditary life with shitty eating and fat gain

I was thinkin on the same lines of the average highschool kid. Im thinking about some wrestlers I knew that were about 5'10 and didn't really lift. Now im thinking 140-150 would be about right.

140-150 sounds right. Maybe add 10 pounds if the fella is large framed and works a physical job like farming or such.

my brother in law who is around 6ft. weighs about 155lbs. and is probably 8% or lower, but he looks skinny to me.

It depends on how heavy he is.

140lbs at most. most guys that don't work out are not even close to 10%, even guys who just do cardio.
