Hey guys, Im 17yo 190lbs, Ive been training for 2 years but just started dead lifting 6 months ago. My training style is more of a bodybuilding style then power lifting, but i am still interested in moving big weight. Here is a vid of me 355 @ the end of my workout, how is my form and do you think i could do 405 at the beginning of my workout.

I have dial up. So after 5 munites of waiting I gave up on the video LOL. Can't comment on your form. But I don't see any reason why you can't pull 405, if you mean right now.. well theres one way to find out! Warm up and give it a go!
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by at the beginning of my workout??? If you mean first set! your setting your self up to get hurt real bad!
But if you want to give it a go try this: 135x10 225x5 315x 2 360x1 405x1. Rest 5 minutes between sets. Wear a belt with the last three lifts ( any reason why you picked 405?)
Good luck!! let us know how it go's
Heck I pulled 440 at 132lbs So I know you can do it!!

i watched your video, you should be able to do it now.
also dont stay bent over so long wrapping the bar,you loose a lot of blood flow.

maybe if you pull up your pants and realize that you are white

Why bother even posting on this board if you're just going to pull your usual trolling bullshit, "bossa"? ::)

Have you tried it yet? If not, you should. You will pull it easy.
And definately reduce the amount of time you are strapping in.

With consistent training, you should be able to hit it pretty easy. You have long arms and a shorter torso, which definitely help when deadlifting.

No offense "bro," but lose the Eminem "I wanna be black" shit. Unless of course you're a two-bit welfare wigger, as I assume you are.
By the MONSTER size of those arms of yours, I'd guess you could pull 800 within 2 months. ::)

obviously that I was simply reposting what you wrote to me with a name change was too hard for you to grasp...It's definitly not "easy" with you since I have to spell it out for your dumbass every time ::)
