Sorry 240 I don't have a straight converter.
I have to do a 2 step process, converting the .wma to .mp3, then from .mp3 to .wav.
.wma's are a pain in the tush, so I rarely convert them. Do you need this in a hurry?

wma to mp3 works too!!  I have a nifty wav to mp3 converter that I can use.  I appreciate it tons!

Use the program Switch. It'll convert any file to the one you want.

i use xillisoft 3gp converter... works well and it will do wma to mp3


grab it with limewire or on isohunt.com for the full version
