im flying to london for the ufc 75. been a few years since i was in london last time. is there any gyms, supplement stores or other places worth visiting in central london? :D we'll be there a weekend one month from now

why do u need to visit a supplement store if gonne be in london for a short stay ???

Not sure what date that is but football season starts today and there might be a good game on your date, if your lucky enough to find a ticket.

haha well i thought id check it out if they got some stuff they dont have where i live, what can i say im a gym nut, i go on a vacation and cant help myself from checking out the local gym etc ;)

Just outside the m25 is Monster Gym, so a fair drive. They are one of the biggest gyms in the country, have a pair of 150kg dumbells and a hundreds going down (no big jumps). Def worth checking out.

Probably the best gym in London is Muscleworks in Bethnal Green.
