Dropping carbs, cardio. Then maybe tribulus, gaba, and maybe a nice stack of melatonin/valerian/zma.... Fragments are a waste of money. Gh is a sequence of amino acids. nobody even knows if those fragments can even be recognized by the body out of sequence. Those are scams and big time waste of cash.

Low carbs, cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. Add a fat burner to it, train hard. Save your body the chemicals (and your wallet) and go that route its just as good if not better than anything you could do chemical wise. Dont be lazy.

I agree completely, there's so little research on fragments right now, nothing's for certain. I wouldn't waste my money on it.

I say diet, cardio, & a low dose of clen in the morning (no more the 50mcg - if taken early enough it shouldn't effect your sleep).
