But let's say that he miraculously figured out how to train properly and add muscle.. could he stand a chance? I mean Dave Polumbo probably won a local show right?

not bad. i cut back on some stuff. its my training. i am doing nothing. i go to my pool and swim a little. i usually just hang in the pool and work on my laptop. i have a huge mental block.
