Are you still trying to drink just water and avoid artificial sweetners? If so, how are you feeling? I was just wondering because I was thinking of trying it also. I have gotten addicted to diet soft drinks and caffeine recently and I need to get off of it.

I was for 2 1/2 weeks, now i just buy 2 2ltr's a week. So I drink mostly water, with a glass or two of diet soda. I just feel a little better hydrated with pure water and soda is good for the taste.

Cool. I think it will try to go with one soft drink per day for the next couple weeks and see how it goes. I will probably have massive caffeine withdrawals but oh well.

get an espresso machine and pack it up as hard as you can. You'll light up like a Christmas light.

Artificial sweetner is the sh*t.
I drink a ton of Crystal Light.
Alex23, you can drink Crystal Light with Vodka along with your Applepuckers or whatnot.

Check out cbass.com, I think he's a bit into that stuff, and there are several others as well.
FWIW, Saw some "study" (use the usual grain of salt) that organic tomatoes had more flavonoids and therefore had better health properties.

i watched Sweet Misery (movie) and since then I avoid aspartame like the plague... scary :-X

I'll try, right now I'm chugging a tripple-serving can of Diet Rock Star with a handful of green tea caps pre-workout.

Agreed. I drink a half gallon of iced tea a day (usually green tea).

not very good for your cardio vascular system... there is such a thing as too much you know. the nice thing with the liquid tea is that the caffeine will only affect you to a certain extent...
not to mention the tea effects which are good for the circulatory system, the brain and act as anti-carcinogenic elements.
