Title: Glass vs. Milos
Post by: El Diablo Blanco on August 14, 2007, 08:17:54 AM
When Silvio was with Milos he had bad press, contreversy and wasn't winning shows. Now with Glass as his trainer, he comes into the Europs Lean and in charge and blows them away.

I sure hope Glass is charging mroe than Milos' rate of $500 an hour because this guy builds champs.

To be fair we don't know the full details of the 'Sylvio and Milos' saga, but i have to admit he now looks incredible. [probably come last at the olympia though :-\]

I didn't see much difference in the conditioning of Silvio...BUT there was a world of difference in his gut sticking out!!  :o

I'm not sure if he just worked on merely controlling it, or if Glass put him on a new "cocktail"  ;D

ya im sure the seperate classes didnt help right  ::) He never won before because he was unknown for too long and going against bigger guys from the get go, this time he didnt have to until the end. He was judged differently.

Seems like Charles does training only while Milos includes your "program" and diet.

Jones had no gut, and damn near perfect conditioning and symmetry, and if i thought BBing was "stupid" I wouldn't be competing again....and yes, lets go to the ballpark, but instead of weiners, lets have Coronas.

The bold faced names are the only ones who ever made any kind of an impact on pro BBing and so far even all of them together havn't done as much a Flex let alone Cormier, Gunter and all the others glass has trained. Not that Milos isn't good that's no question but what I wonder is why half your list isn't even pro BBers, why not include every client ever including any soccer moms, middle aged fat asses and senior citizens. ::)

There is no competition between the two. They are both great trainers.  As for Silvio, he has been getting better and better every month.  Both Milos and Glass have to be credited for that, and of course, Silvio himself.  Remember it's not all about the trainer.

Exactly, there is NO comparison!  If you're going to try and prove that Milos is the better trainer, you're going to have to take a different route.   ;)
