I would assume if religious Nasser & Bannout would be muslims as well as Makkway and other Arab bodybuilders  , its comical when sports stars give thanks to Jesus for their wins .

I'd like to thank Jesus for for letting me win the Mr Olympia , give me a break seriously , like God intervened in his behalf because Ronnie Coleman ( or whomever ) winning the Olympia was part of " Our Fathers Plan "  ::) lets entertain that God did help out than why allow the Highjackers to accomplish their mission on 9/11? no he's more concerned with trivial nonsense lol its just laughable giving thanks to an invisible man .

Exactly.

Like God or Jeesus took time off his already busy schedule, to help Ronnie be the best drug abuser he could be.....  ::)

If there is a "god" (huge if, btw), I'd like to think he/she's got more important things to worry about than some juiced up individual, with the IQ of a 10 year old parading in a thong for an audience of gay men.....

you will burn in hell with Derek Anthony as your male love....don't mock the power of religious bodybuilders

everyone knows that god favors them. and is with them for every rep on every set. Why else do they keep thanking him whenever a mic is infront of them.

He took time out of his busy schedule to ensure that their preparation for the show is going well

So blasphemy means holding some water during pre-judging?  I learn something new every day on Getbig.

Good to see you back ND.

thanking god doesnt mean he intervened, it might be more like thanking your parents for having you.

No , no they take it a step further and claim it wouldn't be possible without God , and it makes more sense to thank your parents at least they're real.

Religious bodybuilders make me act like a skeptic because being a pro bodybuilder always appears to look like it is about being competitive to the point of thriving off your toughness in order to show how much of a strong personality you have.
