bullshit mars, my quess is you never tried wrist curls and reverse curls with moderate/light weight for 30 minutes, when you hit failure, rest for maximum 7 seconds, if you do this, you will be in a lot of pain, and you will develop some forearms. My quess is you will call bullshit, and you will never try it, well you can always up the jerking dosage on german porn :D
