If anyone needs a makeup artist let me know. My name is Victor Clay and I have been doing makeup for 19 years. I have worked in Texas, Oklahoma,Tennessee, and Arkansas for MAC cosmetics and Prescriptives. I was with MAC for 3 years and Prescriptives for 2 years as a regional artist.
