Thus allowing him to claim that the army of a sovereign state is a legitimate target for attack..,

i heard bush is going to name libertarians, democrats, and environmentalists as terror groups thus allowing him to invade, conquer and destroy starbucks coffee shops and vegetarian dining establishments..

They even called an American teacher's association a terrorist group. No really... they did!  :P
