I've just started Dieting ( trying to cut fat ) and, like always, my Hunger is going through the roof ! It seems like I'm hungry while EATING ... kinda strange, I think ? :D Anyways, is there anything I can do to combat this ? Especially ( as I type ) in the middle of the night ? I guess I was leaning towards certain foods to eat or snack on before and in between sleep ... any Anti-catabolic supplements any of you would recommend either ? I was sorta leaning towards Animal Nitro ... let me know what you think guys. I appreciate the help as always from my GetBig family. ;D

Glutamine, Hop-extract before bed, L-Carnitin are great for "night-cutting"
Stay away from anything that raises insuline at night.

my secret is really simple. i drink 2 large glasses of water upon waking, before each meal and before bed.
this fills my stomach so I don't feel the need to eat as much...
the glasses before bed also act as a natural alarm clock!

Loosing weight is also a state of mind.
When you cant have it you want it.
If you are really struggling a friend of mine used 5-HTP a pre-cursor of serotonin your feel good hormone.
It is meant to help knock out your appetite.
I have never tried it but she says it helps alot.
