Started dieting in July when I weighed 185, now I weigh 166. I feel weak as shit now, but my workouts are fine and my energy is ok, just need to get back to 175 or so. I honestly have no idea why I dieted in the first place other than I have been pretty busy doing drugs and drinking all summer. Other than creatine and eating better(more), what do you guys suggest to gain about 10 pounds?

Just train harder like 'Rocky' would and you will gain 'good' pounds and lean mass...keep eating what ever your eating, if anything..drink a lil more protien shakes or something ...nothing too drastic.

Yeah I will try that. I would be happy if when I dieted I lost bf and just a bit of muscle, but since I diet haphazardly, i.e. skipping meals, substituting alcohol for meals etc., I just look like a smaller version of myself, a little leaner, but not where I should look for the amount of weight I lost. I am thinking of shopping today, getting some new supps and whatnot.

Well, I could eat all I wanted to for a while and not really worry about it, huh? Only problem is I am not really a big eater. I could give up running, but I really enjoy it. It can't be too hard to gain 10 pounds.

My diet is ok.
One bagel(no cream cheese) for breakfast
Turkey sandwich, sometimes a yogurt for lunch
Some form of red meat and a plain baked potato for dinner(usually Outback)

My diet is fucked up right now but you're probably not getting enough protien. You could always keep it the same an add one shake/day. That's probably the simplest way to do it without changing your whole routine too much.

Yeah, I was thinking of adding 2 muscle milks every day, I really like the way they taste anyway. What about pro-hormones, some midget at the gym was telling me about them. Any side effects? I know nothing about steroids or pro-hormones. How about some other supplements? Creatine just makes me feel bloated actually. I gain weight, but it's temporary.

I prefer the ON brand over Muscle Milk. As far as pro-hormones and creatine go.... don't waste your time or money.

Yeah, I read some shit about pro-hormones, they aren't for me. I have always liked creatine, but was hoping to find something better as well. Nothing is really impressing me. I will maybe try a pre-workout drink. Not sure about the ON brand of shakes, I really like MM's.

Yup, but one of my problems is I am very picky. I have never tried lettuce, ketchup, mustard, any vegetable other than potatoes, cheese(except on pizza), and the list goes on and on. I could also get more calories if I ate fast food, which I will occasionally eat on Sundays, a plain spicy chicken sandwich from Wendys and a fry, it's good as fuck. But other than twice a month or so, I eat pretty clean and my appetite is kind of small.

Danny cut back on the partying and slam a couple protein shakes through out the day.
hell when i use to party harder i would slam a protein drink throughout the night so i wouldn't shrivel away the next day....too hard to eat when you're popping pills and such ;)

No, actually I am slowing down a bit. I fired 2 girls(thats why I took down the pics of them in your thread, don't need any shit from them) cuz I couldn't take all the late nights and drinking, it was affecting my workouts and more importantly my work. I am sure one will find her way back in, but I can not handle both of them anymore, I am too old to drink and do lines every night. A few valiums, lortabs and a drink or two is one thing at night, but I really wasted away the past few weeks. I have one girl who likes to drink a few glasses of wine and watch TV, it's boring as fuck, but at least she works out and has a job where she has to get up in the morning, I was starting to be like a zombie, walking around on 2 hours of sleep all the time.

Believe it or not, some broad asked me if I was on steroids last week ;D I was sitting on my deck shirtless and she stopped by and asked me if I was using steroids! I think that when bitches see lower bf, that's their first impression. I can count the number of times I have been asked on one hand and it was when I was heavier, so I got a kick out of it. I could never take them though.

need to eat more calories. reason you lost weight is you ate less. proteinshakes are low in calories and wont help much.
