Trey apparently also has a "blog" on the BSN website, but as you can imagine with these things, it seems highly edited and impersonal. For one thing, I have never used anyone use capitalization and punctuation this good in their blogs, except for academics.

Top lifts: Bench press 495, Squat 675, Deadlift 675, all for 12 reps.

I have to agree, whats all the hype about? What cause he weighs 300lbs in the offseason? Didn't Silvio just beat out some mass monsters at the Europa weighing in at 206lbs?! Size doesn't matter anymore, its conditioning and muscularity now.

I mean he cant stay the same size and shape for year after year. Personally i feel he should just become one of the biggest blokes, a true mass monster, and see what happens. At the shape and size he is at now, he would probably only go OK in the ifbb.
