Title: that's me
Post by: MarvinEderFan on August 22, 2007, 06:42:51 AM
I work on wall street, and I make more money than Gordon Gekko.
well, I used to, now I don't really work anymore. only when I feel like it.

also, i do incline curls with 130 lbs. dummbells. but really that's not a lot, lots of people at my gym do that.
I bnp 405 for 8-12 after I bench 5 or 6 plates for high reps.

I've done some cage fighting too, but that really wasn't me.. too easy. not all it's banged up to be.

btw i don't care about my diet and I drink 3-4 times a week and eat lots of pizzas and stuff but my abs are visible year round.

oh yeah i used to go heavy on squats, but now i only do 20 or 30 reps with 5 plates or so. my joints seem to agree with this.

don't hate.

also, my arms are 21 or 22 inches (I don't measure them really) and I barely do direct arm work anymore.

i don't do deadlifts but the first time I tried I pulled 7 plates. is that good?

i incline 4 or 5 plates, even 6 plates sometimes. but lots of guys at my gym do that, what's the big deal.
