Though this may be viewed as a stupid question, it's important to me that it get's answered ... I'd hate to waste my Money. With that being said, here's the question: Optimum Nutrition's BCAA's label says on the side that it's best to take 2 Capsules up to 5 TIMES a day ... so I take ( because I weigh over 200 pounds ) 10 Capsules a day. Do any of you think I'm fucking myself up by doing this and/or wasting Money as well ? Thanks guys.

get a powdered BCAA instead, more economical.

I was thinking of trying optimums micronized BCAA powder...anybody try it?

they're all pretty similar in quality, make sure to dump the powder in your mouth dry and chase it with water, most BCAA powders don't mix well with liquids.

I appreciate all of your comments guy ... I really, truly do, however, it still doesn't answer my question considering I still have 2 bottles or so left of these particular Amino Acids. Should I do what it prescribes and take the 10 capsules a day ? Thanks again guys. :)

BCAA's are the most important supplement you can take.. according to a few pro bb friends of mine, even more important then regular protein, creatine, etc. I use the liquid ones either Amino2222 or another reputable brand. I used to take the prolab gelcaps, and when I was using those I would take up to 20-25 a day.
