'93 Arnold Classic picture or the '99 (I believe) Olympia picture?

No. It looks stupid. Just like a skinny guy have 25 inch arms pics.
This sport is about building the body to the best you can. Not inject yourself until you pass out and have your girlfriend resuscitate you.

Flex's highwater mark was the 1993 and after his accident he was NEVER the same , 1993 Arnold Classic , 1993 Ironman is vintage classic Flex Wheeler , 98/99 not comparable
