king if you are reading this lay in bed at night and suck in your stomach for as long as you can. then rest, do it again. rest, do it again. conntinue holding you stomach sucked for as long as you can as many times as you are willing to do...the more you do it the better you will place.
while walking around with your abs pushed out might FEEL powerful, it doesnt look powerful, and it takes away all the aesthetics you work so hard to achieve by making your delts big and you legs have sweep.

haha the show was probably held at a middle school auditorium and they booked kamali as a janitor in addition to his role as a guest poser...kamali didn't mind because mopping the floor gave him the opportunity to flex his brutal triceps

Clearly he is better than he was, posing onstage Alone, is better than posing in a Kitchen any day with overhead lighting.
His Delts......what's wrong with them, they've ALWAYS looked like that :-\

Shawn, how can you afford to be such an opinionated little "promoter"? Aren't you afraid that polarizing your opinions like you do may affect your "businesses"?
I know many people who explicitly avoid your show and your involvements because of what they see as "lack of professionalism" on your part. Too bad your professional behavior on stage didn't carried over offstage... ::)

Blast Kamali all you want, at least he doesn't wear sunglasses inside at the Vyotech booth, try to avoid any contacts /pictures and walk away from fans when it's time to promote a product and meet the fans.
I've seen kamali go out of his way to take pics with small kids and engage with the fans.
The guy obviously loves the sport and is in it for more than the money.

yes he had a lot of gaps to fill mass wise but part of that is the illusion his wide and distended gut creates
he has to blow his delts up just to distract from his waist
his waist is the problem--it has ruined his structure and until he takes care of that he will never "do well"
