Title: most overrated technique?

ill have to go with leglocks.

i used to think high kicks was a pretty worthless technique but lately quite a few been able to pull it off, it aint just crocop no more  ;D

I would agree leg locks don't seem to be that reliable in the octagon.

Fights get stood up more, these days. In later rounds, when guys get tired and drop their hands a bit, they become vunerable to the high kick.
