Title: Training and dieting tips requests and info
Post by: The_Truf_Hurtz on August 29, 2007, 02:12:44 PM
I've been getting a lot of requests from members of this board to give them training and dieting tips.  I'm pretty busy so I'm sorry that I cannot answer them all.  I'll try to do it here:

My training split is 6 days on 1 day off, as such:

Day1: Pecs/Abs (am); Arms/grappling (pm)
Day2: Quads (am); Hams/calves (pm)
Day 3: Lats/Abs (am); Delts/Traps (pm)
Day4: Pecs/Abs (am); Arms/boxing (pm)
Day5: Quads (am); Hams/calves (pm)
Day 6: Lats/Abs (am); Delts/Traps (pm)
Day 7: Grappling/boxing

I do 4-5 excersices per body part and 4-5 sets per excersice.  I like to keep my reps in the 10-15 range.

I avoid excercises that could cause injuries like dead lifts, behind the neck press, bench press, etc.  I prefer Hammer machines, cables & dumbells.

I do 20-40 minutes of cardio 5-7 days week, depending on my schedule.  I prefer the step mill

I sleep 8hrs at night and 40 minutes in the middle of the day.

My diet is as such:

Meal 1 - donut or bagel & BSN True Mass shake (post workout)
Meal 2 - Fuit Loops cereal & BSN True Mass Shake (breakfast)
Meal 3 - 3 PB&J; 2 Instone puddings (lunch at school)
Meal 4 - Fruit or Detour bars
Meal 5 - Whatever mom makes for dinner
Meal 6 - BSN True Mass shake (post workout)

I hope you find this helpful.  Please feel free to continue to PM me and I will do my best to get back to you.

I'm trying to put on mass. I'm about 5'10 215 pounds at 3% bodyfat and I want to add weight quickly without adding too much fat. What should I cycle that won't hold too much water? Is tren ok? And how much insulin and igf-1 should I use? Thanks.

I'm afraid that I cannot give you any insightful advice on gear, as I am new to it myself.  I have read several books and read much of the info on the steroid board.  I plan on doing my first cycle next year after I get to 180lbs on my own.

Good luck brother!

Either.  A calorie is a calorie.

My question is similiar to Capt EQ's. I was wondering if Dolly Madison Zingers would be an good substitute if I was unable to get ahold of Krispy Kreme's (besides there's no Dunkin Donuts near me).

It all depends if you're going at it clean or "assisted".  In your case, I would say eat whatever you want up until 2 weeks before the show, as long as you are creating a calorie deficit.

My follow-up question would be: Dolly Madison or Little Debbie, who was a bigger slut?

I have heard of Adonis.  He placed 2nd in last years Mr. Get Big.  He had no muscle, horrible legs and halfway decent condition.  At only 16, I think I could challenge him.

a calorie is a calorie in terms of fuel consumption, not in terms of nutrient delivery.

Meal 5 - Whatever mom makes for dinner

Does she cook healthy meals?  Does she look after her figure?  Would you describe your mother as an attractive woman?
